
Mt. Zion Tenancy: In 1971 Taz Anderson with partners purchased 222 acres in Clayton County off I-75. $2 million
Berry Road Tenancy: In 1971 Taz Anderson with a partner purchased 60 acres of land located on Spivey Road in Clayton County. The undeveloped land was worth an estimated $300,000. The 60 acres was sold to the Georgia DOT in 2006.
Hudson Bridge: In 1971 Taz Anderson with a partner purchased 155 acres in Henry County. $750,000
Mt. Zion #2: In 1972 Taz Anderson with partners purchased 105 acres in Clayton County. $700,000
Kimble Bridge Road Tenancy: In 1972 Taz Anderson with partners purchased 165 acres in North Fulton County. The undeveloped land was worth an estimated $2 million. The 165 acres was sold and developed into Preston Ridge office park.
Coweta Tenancy: In 1973 Taz Anderson with partners purchased 600 acres in Coweta County off I-85. $3 million
First Georgia Investment Corporation: four Investment partnerships $5 million 1973
- GA 138 & I-20: 60 acres zoned commercial now Wal-Mart / Home Depot
- Beaver Ruin Road: 129 acres zoned apartments now subdivision
- Mansell Road: 65 acres Northpoint Mall
- Mt. Zion Road: 220 acres now condos
Union Hill Road: In 1973 Taz Anderson bought 1300 acres on Union Hill Road in North Fulton County and sold to the Landmark Group. Now known as Windward.
Old Beaver Ruin Road: In 1973 Taz Anderson with partners purchased off I-85 and Beaver Ruin Road. The land was sold in 1979 and is now two hundred home subdivision.
Grantville Tenancy: In 1974 Taz Anderson with partners purchased 42 acres off I-85 and GA 29 in Coweta County. $1.5 million
Hampton- Locust Grove Road: In 1974 Taz Anderson with partners purchased 42 acres in Henry County. Estimated value $225,000
GA 54 & I-75: In 1983 Taz Anderson with partners purchased 16 acres in Clayton County. Now developed as Red Roof Inn, Bob Evans Restaurant, Southlake Professional Plaza.
Windy Hill Village: A partnership with Kim King, Eric Wilcox & International investors. Developed, marketed, leased and sold 77,000 s.f. neighborhood shopping center in Marietta Georgia for $9 million.
Wade Green Road: In 1984 another successful partnership was formed with Kim King and Eric Wilcox. A total of 34 acres were bought and graded for a potential sale. A local developer purchased the site for $2 million and it is now the location of a Wal-Mart.
Peachtree Street & Piedmont Road: One of the largest land deals in the history of Atlanta in 1985 and currently one of the hottest corners in Buckhead. It began as 13 separate parcels of land and will soon be the newest mixed-use development Terminus for Cousins Properties, Inc. A partnership with Kim King, they assembled and rezoned 16 acres on the northwest corner of Peachtree Street and Piedmont Road. Anderson and King sold the land to Prudential Insurance Company for an estimated $42 million. In addition, the two legendary developers the northeast corner where the Container Store Shopping Center is currently located. The project included assembling four parcels totaling five acres and was sold for $10 million to Selig Enterprises, Inc.
Mountain Terrace: 38 acres of raw land was purchased in Snellville in 1986. Taz Anderson did all site work including the obtaining and moving of 800,000 yards of dirt, the largest private grading effort in the State of Georgia at the time before selling to four different developers from 1988- 1996.
2931 Paces Ferry Road, Vinings: Built in 1986 with Kim King, Taz Anderson Realty calls this charming office building home. Mr. Anderson was one of the first tenants in the building and continues to manage and lease space in the center of the highly sought Vinings’ market.
Georgia 20 Venture: Taz Anderson purchased 50 acres at GA 400 and GA 20 in 1988. The raw land was rezoned and utilities obtained. The property was sold to a public developer and is now home to Wal-Mart and Home Depot.
